Takeoff LLC (“Takeoff”) is offering its customers two rewards programs: a Welcome Reward and Referral Reward (collectively, the “Rewards”). These Rewards are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility: The Rewards are valid for the following two (2) groups:

Referral Reward: Existing customers of Takeoff with an active account (a “Referring Customer”) who successfully refer a friend to open an account and make trades with Takeoff (a “Friend Referral”) are eligible for the Referral Reward. Referring Customers will become eligible to receive the Referral Reward when they (1) share their Takeoff portfolio with a personal friend who is an Eligible New Customer or (2) share a link to buy a crypto token with a personal friend who is an Eligible New Customer.
Weekly Reward: Existing customers of Takeoff who provide their email are eligible for the Weekly Reward (each an “Eligible Participant”). Each Eligible Participant will receive one entry per week for the Weekly Reward draw. Eligible Participants may also receive one entry for each one hundred dollars ($100) in total trading volume traded during the week before the Weekly Reward is issued.
Anyone who does not meet the conditions in this paragraph or the Takeoff app Terms of Service is not eligible for these Rewards. Takeoff may decline requests to enroll in the Rewards without notice and at its sole discretion. Additional information can be found in the FAQs.
Welcome Reward: To welcome new customers to the app, Takeoff has created a rewards pool (the "Rewards Pool”) of Dogecoins ($DOGE), USDC Stablecoins ($USDC), and Ripple tokens ($XRP) (collectively, the "Rewards Tokens”). For Eligible New Customers who open an account, provide an email, fund their account, and trade at least Twenty Dollars ($20) in total volume, Takeoff will deposit in the Eligible New Customer’s account, for free, ten (10) Rewards Tokens from the Rewards Pool.[^1] The chances of receiving the Reward Tokens are as follows:
Eligible New Customers are only eligible to receive the Welcome Reward once during the promotional period.
Referral Reward: Takeoff charges a one percent (1%) fee on all trades (“Trading Fees”). Referring Customers may earn a Referral Reward equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the Trading Fees generated from trades made by their Friend Referrals. For example, if a Friend Referral makes trades worth Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), Takeoff collects One Hundred Dollars ($100) in Trading Fees, and the Referring Customer would earn Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) of those collected Trading Fees. Referring Customers may only refer friends who are Eligible New Customers of Takeoff and have not previously opened an account with Takeoff. Referring Customers can make referrals in the following ways:
(a) In the app, share your portfolio by going to your profile page and clicking on the referral button to get an auto-generated link to send to your contacts and;
(b) In the app, click on any crypto token and then click the Share button to send a link to a Friend Referral.
Typically, Referral Rewards are paid out automatically on the Friday following a one week eligibility review period. For example: If you successfully refer someone on a Monday, you will receive your Referral Reward, if eligible, on the Friday following the next Monday. Referral Rewards are paid out in Solana-USDC and deposited directly into the Referring Customer’s Takeoff account.
Weekly Reward: Each week, Takeoff will reward one Eligible Participant with one (1) Solana token ($SOL). Winners will be chosen from the week’s entries. Each Eligible Participant will automatically receive one entry for the Weekly Reward each week as long as their account remains in good standing per the Terms of Service and these Rewards Terms and Conditions. Eligible Participants can earn additional entries to the Weekly Reward for each one hundred dollars ($100 USD) in trading volume they trade during the week before the Weekly Reward is issued. For example, if an Eligible Participant makes trades worth three hundred dollars ($300 USD), then such Eligible Participant will receive three (3) entries in addition to their automatic weekly entry. Winners will be selected at random. Eligible Participants are only eligible to receive the Weekly Reward once during the Reward Term.
Limitations: Rewards will be credited only if the Eligible New Customer, the Referring Customer, and Eligible Participant accounts are approved, in good standing, and meet the eligibility requirements. Rewards are only deposited to a customer’s account, and a customer will not be able to receive the reward unless they have an active Takeoff account in good standing. In the event that Takeoff determines in its sole discretion that there may have been fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms and Conditions in connection with the rewards or the customer’s Takeoff account, Takeoff reserves the right to either decline to grant the Welcome Reward or Weekly Reward, or to cease paying the Referral Reward. Takeoff reserves the right to decline to grant or rescind any Reward if Takeoff determines in its sole discretion any action or conduct to be objectionable or in violation of the Terms of Service. Takeoff reserves the right to change the Rewards terms or terminate any Reward at any time without notice. The Rewards are not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with other rewards or offers. The Rewards are only available for personal use, and may not be used for commercial purposes. You as the Referring Customer represent that you have the necessary consent from your Friend Referral to contact them in any way relating to the Referral Reward Offer.
Any individual crypto token shown in any marketing communications is not a recommendation or solicitation that a customer buys, holds, or sells any crypto token or any investment or investment strategy, and any such crypto token is a visual representation of what a customer can receive in connection with these rewards.

Taxes: Taxes related to these rewards are the customer’s sole responsibility. Consult with a tax advisor about the appropriate tax treatment for this offer and any tax implications associated with receipt of a reward before enrolling.
